I have been opening and closing my pool for 39 years now and each season has brought many different problems. I found Vanessa and Trudy when United Pools opened up a shop in Albany NY on Western Ave, They always take the time to discuss the problems that the test reveals and the proper treatment. I am pleased to tell you that I just opened the pool and for the first my water test showed all levels were perfect. If you are an amateur like me you might want to go and see how Trudy and Vanessa can make you a pro. They are professional, knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with. also, the have a great inventory of materials and equipment so that you can attend to your problems they just diagnosed! Simply the best!
